Definitions and Applicability

1.1 Scope of Applicability

These terms and conditions apply to the janu4 website (janu4.cam) and all services, games, bonus offers and account-related activities operated under it. These terms are binding on all individuals who use the platform, directly or indirectly.

Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

The janu4 platform is for individuals aged 21 or older only. If any user creates an account by providing false information about their age, janu4 reserves the right to cancel that account and any associated balance.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may create only one account. Having multiple accounts under the same person is considered a prohibited activity and all such accounts will be closed.

2.3 Providing Accurate Information

All information provided at registration — name, date of birth, phone number, address — must be true and accurate. Providing false or misleading information may result in account cancellation as well as forfeiture of all deposited funds.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

janu4 may at any time request valid identification (national ID card, passport, etc.) to confirm a user's identity. The withdrawal process may be delayed or suspended until verification is complete.

Account Security and Responsibility

The user is fully responsible for keeping their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing this information with anyone else is strictly prohibited. Any unauthorized access or suspicious activity must be reported immediately to [email protected].

• The user is responsible for all activity that takes place on their account.
• It is advisable to change your password regularly and to use a strong password.
• janu4 will never ask for your password via email or live chat.
• Managing your account using third-party tools or software is prohibited.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount on janu4 is ৳200 (per method). Accepted payment methods include: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are secured by SSL encryption.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, withdrawals may be delayed in the following cases:

• If an identity verification process is ongoing.
• If bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• If suspicious activity is detected on the account.
• Additional verification may be required for large withdrawal requests.

4.3 Payment Method Consistency

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If any user abuses the bonus system (for example — collecting bonuses through multiple accounts or placing artificial betting patterns), janu4 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and close the account.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Validity of Bets

A bet will only be considered valid once it has been confirmed by the platform's system. janu4 reserves the right to cancel any bet or payment that was unintentionally accepted or displayed due to a technical error.

6.2 Sports Betting

For betting on cricket (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL), football, kabaddi and other sports events:

• Bets are accepted before the scheduled start time of the match.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed, the bets on that event will be considered void.
• Specific time limits apply for live betting.
• Odds may change based on actual on-field conditions.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games on janu4 are operated by recognized game providers (including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming and others). The outcomes of these games are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are completely fair.

Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on the janu4 platform and may result in account cancellation and legal action:

Limitation of Liability

• Interruptions due to unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure) or natural disasters.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While uninterrupted availability of the service is not guaranteed, janu4 strives to maintain the highest technical standards.

12.1 Right to Make Changes

janu4 reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will attempt to notify registered users via email or through platform notifications. However, continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12.2 Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, please contact the support team first. The support team will attempt to resolve it within 48 hours. If resolution is not reached through support, a higher-level review process is available.
